1. Data Controller

Leader Wealth Management — FZCO (“we”, “us”, “our”), registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is the controller of personal data collected through this website and in the course of providing advisory services.

We process personal data in compliance with Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) of the United Arab Emirates, and applicable regulations issued by the UAE Data Office. Where we operate in other jurisdictions, we additionally comply with the data protection laws of those jurisdictions.

3. Data We Collect

We may collect: identification data (name, nationality, date of birth); contact data (email address, phone number, WhatsApp); financial information (assets, investment profile, insurance policies — only where voluntarily provided for the purpose of obtaining an advisory assessment); technical data (IP address, browser type, cookies) when you visit this website.

4. Purpose of Processing

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes: (a) responding to enquiries and providing advisory consultations; (b) referring your matter to our licensed partner for regulatory compliance and KYC/AML purposes, under a signed referral agreement; (c) sending the requested guide or informational materials; (d) organising events (Business Brunches) for which you have registered; (e) improving the functionality and security of our website.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared exclusively with: (a) our licensed regulatory partner in the UAE for the purpose of KYC/AML compliance under a signed referral and data processing agreement; (b) licensed partners in other jurisdictions where required by law and where you have been informed of such referral; (c) service providers acting as data processors (website hosting, email delivery) under strict confidentiality obligations.

6. International Transfers

Where your data is transferred outside the UAE, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including contractual protections consistent with PDPL requirements. You will be notified of any such transfer where required by law.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Enquiry data is retained for a maximum of 5 years. KYC/AML records are retained as required by UAE regulations. You may request deletion at any time (subject to legal retention obligations).

8. Your Rights

Under the UAE PDPL, you have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; erase data where legally permissible; object to processing; withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing); and lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office.
